The strengths analysis and coaching appointments have contributed to more knowledge about my strengths and qualities. It was a very positive experience to work out how to best use my talents in my job. I now know which activities suit my talents and what I should pay attention to in an application process.R. Brouwer, Department Manager Technology
Through her sympathetic and always positive attitude, it was easy for me to talk to Selma about myself. Selma is a very good listener and I felt comfortable in every session. Selma asked the right questions at the right time, which really helped me reflecting. I am now (again) strengthened in my talents and ready to take next steps!K. Cador, Visual Merchandising Manager
